Uncontested Divorces or Contested Divorces​

Florida Statue 61.05s states that a divorce can be granted where:  (a) The marriage is irretrievably broken OR (b) Mental incapacity of one of the parties. However, no dissolution shall be allowed unless the party alleged to be incapacitated shall have been adjudged incapacitated according to the provisions of s. 744.331 for a preceding period of at least 3 years.

Are you seeking a divorce? Mrs. Patel can help. During the initial consultation, Mrs. Patel will gather the basics of the case and draft all the necessary documents to file with the Clerk of Court and serve the other side.
